Founder & Executive Director

Bob Celeste has spent his career helping organizations understand and improve complex systems. His work spans pharmaceutical supply chain security, food traceability, healthcare operations, digital identity, interoperability, and industry-wide collaboration initiatives.

He has led FDA-sponsored studies, facilitated industry collaborations, supported standards development, and created decision-support environments that allow stakeholders to explore alternatives before implementation.
